We're looking for a hands-on Senior Production Engineer on behalf of our client to help shape, improve and evolve the way products move through manufacturing. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, improving processes, and making a real impact on the shop floor - not just from behind a desk.

You'll work closely with production, quality, design and supply chain teams to drive smarter ways of working, improve efficiency, and support the introduction of new ideas, equipment and manufacturing methods.

The environment is fast-paced, technically varied, and suited to someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day engineering support with longer-term continuous improvement projects.
