Role: Senior Product Officer-BancaTakaful

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose: The Senior Product Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the department Head in achieving strategic product and business development goals. This role involves managing product initiatives collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the successful execution of projects and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical project management and communication skills to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities of the role

Strategic Planning & Channel Management

• Support the Head of Products in setting and tracking channel objectives and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the profitability and strategic direction of the department.
• Collaborate with third‑party Takaful providers to co‑develop and enhance product offerings.
