Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies across marketing pages, signup flows, onboarding, and upsell experiences.
Build a structured experimentation backlog informed by analytics, user behavior insights, and growth hypotheses.
Develop and lead the full-funnel Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap.
Work closely with our Product Analytics partners to run experiments and understand our users and how they interact with our products.
Own the Contentful CMS strategy: govern content architecture, define structured content models, and enable Marketing and Brand teams to publish and iterate without engineering dependency.
