Your role

Reporting to the CPO, you are the engine behind how great ideas become shipped, validated product. You own the full delivery loop — from translating strategic direction into airtight PRDs, to grooming the backlog week to week, to measuring whether what we built actually worked. You bring rigor and clarity to the work so engineering can move fast and confidently.

This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role on a small team. You'll be close to customers, close to data, and close to the work itself.

What you will do

• Write and maintain Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria; groom and prioritize the backlog weekly in collaboration with engineering leadership based on the CPO-approved roadmap


• Own PRD completion — translate high-level CPO briefs into detailed specs including success metrics, acceptance criteria, and edge cases, before any sprint begins
