Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Manager to help us build the best Liveops and Monetization strategy in the game.
Responsibilities
- Create the Liveops vision, develop and execute daily/weekly promotional plans that include campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.
- Analyze current monetization strategy including pricing, segmentation, value we give to users and define the right strategy for the game.
- Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests and translate insights into high‑impact product decisions, going from idea to live experiments.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics (average revenue per user, conversion, funnel, churn) to drive continuous improvement.
