Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to delivery, including short and long-term P&L management 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and finance to drive new product development 
Partner with brand marketing and channel teams to develop product launch programs and marketing strategies 
Conduct end-user and competitive market research to define and deliver industry-leading products 
Develop and implement marketing collateral, advertising materials, and web content to promote the portfolio 
Execute comprehensive strategic plans for retail and industrial product portfolios
