ING seeks a Senior Product Expert for the Protection (Insurance) Team to lead the development and market positioning of auto insurance products. The role drives customer experience, revenue, and compliance across all customer touch‑points.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of the product lifecycle: develop, launch, and sustain attractive, compliant offerings that meet customer expectations and achieve commercial objectives.
• Define and implement pricing strategies for ING Spain’s insurance portfolio, including promotion decisions that balance profitability with client value.
• Analyze data to uncover insights, translate ambiguous fields into actionable metrics, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
