Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience in digital product design, with demonstrable senior-level responsibility on complex projects
• Proven ability to design zero-to-one products — taking concepts from initial research to polished, launch-ready interfaces
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership: product discovery, information architecture, wireframing, UI/visual design, and design systems
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, etc.) to accelerate research, ideation, and workflow
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Experience with user testing platforms, motion design, and advanced interaction design is a plus
