The Senior Product Data Analyst will partner with Product, Engineering, and business leadership to shape the future of Capital through data‑driven decisions. The role balances complex trade‑offs across pricing, conversion, offer volume, losses, and profitability, and is critical for meeting business objectives.
The analyst will operate as a strategic thought partner, not just answering predefined questions. Instead, they will help determine what problems to solve and how to design and implement solutions; define and measure success across product, merchant, and business outcomes; and optimize for both merchant success and business performance while balancing growth, risk, and operational trade‑offs.
