Perform process setup and buyoff for both Drive Backend Assembly, ensuring that yield, cycle time, and quality outcomes meet defined targets
Support product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards • Monitor production yield to detect any excursions, conduct process mapping, and implement immediate containment (stop bleeding)
Establish hypotheses, design experiments to identify root causes, propose corrective actions, and report findings to engineers
Escalate process and technical issues appropriately per PMP requirements
