Execute and troubleshoot complex chemical processing operations, including filtrations, distillations, hydrogenations, chromatography, and specialized tasks like pyrophoric material handling.
Work independently and lead the shift in the absence of the Team Leader.
Mentor and train junior technicians, ensuring tasks are completed “right the first time.”
Collaborate with Team Leaders to assign daily activities and review work quality.
Support preventive maintenance, plant utilities troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety standards, and accurate documentation practices.
Qualifications
Have a minimum of a College Diploma or Degree.
Have 2+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing facility with preference for cGMP experience.
