The Judge Group is seeking a Process Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Hampton, NH area.Title: Process EngineerLocation: Hampton, NHSalary: $90,000 - $100,000Responsibilities:

Champion process improvements to boost safety, product quality, and operational efficiency

Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Supply Chain

Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives across the site

Diagnose production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

Improve yield, throughput, and OEE within adhesive manufacturing

Support capital projects, including equipment design, startup, and validation

Guide and mentor technical staff while standardizing best practices

Contribute to new product rollouts and ensure compliant processes

Qualifications:

3+ years in manufacturing engineering with strong CI experience

Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
