Job Description
Our client an established and high potential start-up medical device currently seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer to join their team. Reporting to the Manager, the Senior Process Development Engineer will play a pivotal role within the R&D function, working cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams. The successful candidate will lead the transfer, implementation, validation, and scale-up of highly automated manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on equipment development and optimisation
The Role

Design, develop, and optimise automated, scalable manufacturing processes and equipment solutions. 
Lead equipment selection, specification, and integration in collaboration with vendors and automation partners. 
Act as the primary technical interface with external vendors and subcontract manufacturers, ensuring performance, quality, and delivery standards are met.
