Develop and implement best practices in manufacturing engineering, including lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Support new product introduction (NPI) by coordinating design‑for‑manufacturing (DFM) activities.
Prepare and present project updates, technical reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
