Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an experienced Senior Planning Officer to join a busy Development Management team within a local authority. This interim post will manage a varied caseload, including major applications, negotiation, and committee work.

You will take end-to-end responsibility for progressing planning applications and associated workstreams to agreed timescales, including site visits, consultation, negotiation and producing clear written reports with recommendations.
