We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to lead project scheduling, programme evaluation, and progress monitoring across both pre- and post-contract phases. The role requires strong analytical skills and expertise in Primavera P6/MS Project to support effective project delivery and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Contract (Tender to Award)

• Review and evaluate contractor programmes (logic, duration, milestones, risks)
• Compare tender schedules and prepare evaluation reports
• Develop master and milestone schedules aligned with design, approvals, and sales timelines
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation/contingency plans
• Coordinate design, procurement, and authority approval timelines
• Establish baseline programme and reporting framework post-award
