Establishing and implementing business planning goals for advanced planning and scheduling of factories and subcontractors utilizing the Company’s backlog, inventory, and sales and operations forecast.
Manage ATP process for scheduling the company’s backlog, maintaining a 98% (Industrial/Commercial), 100% (Automotive) delivery performance to first commit. Coordinating current quarter +1 revenue status with the Business Units, utilizing the Company’s reporting tool and ERP planning and shipping systems.
Coordinate the Company’s E&O policy with the Business Units.
Master schedule on capacity issues or allocation.
Develop and enhance the necessary and appropriate relationships on behalf of the corporation with factories, business units, sales, finance, and management.
Design and constantly enhance the supply chain planning processes to ensure robust systems of evaluation and control.
