SENIOR PLANNER | PORTSMOUTH | PERMANENT | £60,000

This role is an ideal opportunity for an experienced IT project or programme manager who has a focus on IT transformation/change to join a team who are responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of complex projects which are aiming to change the landscape for the organisations IT function. 

You would be responsible for leading the development of detailed plans on IT transformation initiatives, defining transformation goals, translating transformation strategies, change management strategies, stakeholder engagement/management, identifying & mitigating risk withing IT transformation projects, developing & maintaining a risk register, as well as resource management, performance management, and continuous improvement.
