Responsibilities

• Prepares Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in co-ordination with the Project Team for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning phases of the EPC Project.
• Assists the Lead Planner at project start in the preparation of all reports and/or registers to assure the implementation of the following procedures:
  • Control of Planning & Scheduling
  • Progress Measurement
  • Reporting
• Reviews the project schedule updates done by the planner and liaises & coordinates with the different project teams...
