  • Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance and support to other lawyers and legal staff on trial preparation and hearing strategies.
  • Legal Documentation: Prepare and argue motions, pleadings, and submissions required for trial or LAT matters.
  • Client Interaction: Manage client expectations and provide expert advice during the litigation process.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Engage in pre-trial or settlement negotiations when appropriate to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the team, stepping in when cases require trial expertise or elevated litigation handling.
