            Responsibilities  Serve as a domain expert to help engineering, product, and design teams understand permitting and building code interpretation 
Review permit applications, plan sets, and AI-generated outputs to identify accuracy, omissions, or ambiguities 
Label applications and review examples to train and evaluate machine learning systems 
Synthesize jurisdiction-specific requirements and local amendments into clear internal guidance 
Help define approval/rejection criteria and create internal review rubrics and checklists 
Support product discovery, customer conversations, and go-to-market efforts as a subject matter expert 
 Requirements  8+ years of hands‑on experience in permitting, plan review, plans examination, or code consulting
