We are looking for a performance marketing leader who optimizes toward real business
outcomes, not just platform metrics. This role is not for candidates who rely solely on
platform dashboards. We are looking for someone who thinks critically, understands
business trade-offs, and is willing to challenge “best practices” when they don’t make
commercial sense.
What You Will Own
- Own and deliver real business outcomes (orders, qualified leads, revenue quality) across Retail, Interior, and Property, not just platform-level metrics.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Marketplaces, while critically evaluating platform recommendations and avoiding false positives.
