Responsibilities

• Technical Gap Assessment and Resolution
• Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
• Design and provide solutions on PeopleSoft Architecture
• Must have recent hands‑on experience with People Tools and PUM upgrades
• Strong knowledge of Update/Change Assistant and hands‑on experience applying PeopleSoft maintenance and application/Tools upgrades and PUM
• Setup, configure, and maintain all PeopleSoft application environments and accompanying Oracle databases in accordance with industry best practices
• Strong knowledge of integrations for PeopleSoft Inbound and Outbound Processes
