Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and processing of weekly and monthly payrolls using payroll software (BrightPay).
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new starters, leavers, salary changes, and deductions.
- Process statutory payments such as Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), and Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP), etc.
- Support pension administration, including auto-enrolment, pension contributions, and submissions to pension providers.
- Ensure payroll data is accurate and submitted within required deadlines.
- Assist with the submission of Real Time Information (RTI) to HMRC.
