Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to manage and deliver accurate payroll services for multiple clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, time and attendance administration, employee benefits processing, statutory compliance, and maintaining employee records. This role also serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on payroll best practices and legislative changes while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Relevant post-graduate qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum of 5 years' payroll processing experience using Sage 300 People.
• Experience processing payrolls for employee populations of 1,500 employees or more.
• Experience managing multiple payrolls simultaneously.
