Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently working on behalf of a client within the Financial Planning sector, who are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Manager & Paraplanner to join their team in Cardiff.

This is a senior technical role, responsible for supporting Financial Planners with high-quality research, analysis, suitability reports and client recommendations, while also overseeing the workload and development of Paraplanners and Trainee Paraplanners.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the quality of paraplanning work across the business, supporting complex client cases and ensuring advice documentation is accurate, compliant and tailored to client objectives.
