Primary Purpose of Position
The Senior Organizational Development Consultant is a strategic contributor and trusted advisor responsible for leading complex learning and organizational development initiatives. The role emphasizes influence, system‑level thinking, and scalable impact across the institution. The Senior Organizational Development Consultant will assess training needs; design, develop and manage learning programs; coordinate program specific outreach and communications; oversee CLOE’s credentialing process as well as facilitate a variety of professional development topics using blended learning formats. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external clients. Assesses client needs, diagnoses organizational challenges, and recommends appropriate solutions.
