Equans is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, car allowance, bonus and benefits package.

The purpose of the role is to facilitate the Hard FM activities undertaking the functional, technical and management aspects of the FM contract with respect to planned/ reactive maintenance, minor project work and the Forward Capital Maintenance Programme requirements.

The post holder will be responsible for operational staff, budgets and performance of sub‑contractors within this work stream and maintain a close liaison with the Client FM Function to ensure day to day requirements of delivering the FM contract are met.
