Ideate and develop high-impact projects/initiatives to improve Shopee's fulfillment warehouse operations productivity and efficiency, leading to operational cost savings.
Strategically create and implement detailed project execution plans, methodically addressing all operational challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement WMS-driven improvements, contributing to overall operational excellence.
Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to execute projects, ensuring projects are meeting the intended objectives, completed timely and within allocated budget/resources.
Health check Warehouse Operations team daily operational KPIs, flagging operational issues/risks, and develop temporary workarounds and long-term solutions to de-bottleneck challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, supply chain, or any related qualification.
