Follow up the tasks and reply all messages in Skype.
Key in data and do checking.
Check the emails of issue feedback.
Handle the quality issues received.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry, admin, or operations support are preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
