MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE To support projects and systems that ensure the smooth delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of systems used by the Network Control Center (NCC), enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing disruption impact, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving innovation within the NCC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Acts as the focal point for NCC projects, coordinating between IT, Operations Control, Flight Dispatch, Crew Planning, and external vendors.
- Leads the coordination, testing, and rollout of the in‑house Disruption Management Tool, ensuring it meets operational needs and business continuity standards.
