Roles & Responsibility:
Plan material requirements based on production schedules and forecasts Run MRP and generate purchase requisitions on time and Monitor material availability (local & import) to avoid line stoppages. Maintain optimal inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG as applicable) MRP & System Management Execute MRP in ERP systems (Oracle ERP) Ensure master data accuracy (BOM, lead time, safety stock, MOQ) Track planning exceptions (shortages, delays, excess stock) Monitor shipment status (ETD, ETA) and ensure timely customs clearance Ensure availability of import documentation: Invoice, Packing List, BOE, COO, etc. Follow up on port clearance and inland transportation to p...
