We are hiring a Senior NPI Engineer to join the Metal Processing and Welding team! You will lead initiatives in both cold and hot metal processing techniques and drive advancements in welding processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineer with deep experience in aluminum alloy processing to influence the development of innovative products through state-of-the-art metal processing methods.
The ideal candidate is energized by challenges, has strong experience in design for manufacturability (DFM), and possesses a collaborative approach to cross-functional work with design, engineering, quality, and production teams.
