We provide nationwide support services and on‑site field support to ensure business continuity with dedicated engineers available at any time.

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support and perform routine administration tasks for network infrastructure equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Install and configure new Cisco switches and wireless access points based on client’s project plan or request.
• Coordinate with nominated cabling contractors to support passive cabling work, including inspection and validation of workmanship upon job completion.
• Provide second‑tier analysis and resolution planning for recurring or aged issues, including documentation of root cause and workaround.
