Job Overview
This role sits within the Enterprise Network Operations team as a technical authority across Support, Design/Delivery, and Automation functions. You will ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical network services, provide operational expertise, influence engineering decisions, and maintain relationships with internal customers.
What you'll do
- Escalation for critical, high severity network incidents; analytics and forensics for major incidents
- Delivery of management platforms and new toolsets for the Support organisation
- Drive process improvements within the wider Enterprise Networking organization
- Contribute to infrastructure project deliverables and work with business customers
