Matric plus NQF Level 7 Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Network Engineering or related field  
Professional-level certification (Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIP, or equivalent ) 
ITIL Foundation certification 
Valid Drivers License. 
Expert-level certifications (Cisco CCIE, Fortinet NSE 8, etc.) - advantageous 
Cloud networking certifications (AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Expert) - advantageous 
Cybersecurity certifications relevant to networking (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) - advantageous 
79 Years in enterprise network engineering roles 
At least 3+ years in a senior or advanced capacity 
Proven track record in WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall implementations at enterprise scale
