Senior Neonatal Homecare Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Neonatal Homecare Nurse to work within the Neonatal Home Care Service hosted by University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust.

Neonatal Community Care is provided across Leicestershire, Rutland and the Northamptonshire region, including University Hospitals of Leicester, Kettering and Northampton Hospitals. This position will be based primarily in Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland.

Responsibilities

• Assist Neonatal Unit and transitional care staff with early and appropriate discharge planning in accordance with outreach care criteria.
• Provide a seamless and timely discharge from hospital to the home environment.
