Responsibilities

• Range planning and open-to-buy (OTB) management across all trading channels: own website, TikTok Shop, Debenhams Marketplace.
• Daily and weekly trading analysis.
• Sell‑through rate of sale.
• Full‑price percentage.
• Stock cover.
• Pricing strategy – initial pricing, markdown timing, and competitor benchmarking.
• Inventory purchasing decisions – what to reorder, what to discontinue, and what to launch.
• Building and maintaining Excel‑based trading dashboards for the senior team.
• Line‑managing an Import Merchandiser, coaching on supplier follow‑through, PO accuracy, and on‑time landing.
• Liaising with the UK buying team to align on range direction and trading priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' e‑commerce retail experience – ideally fashion or apparel.
• Strong commercial mindset – comfortable making fast pricing and re‑buy decisions.
