            Job Description:  Coordinate MEP design, construction, and installation works for data center projects. 
Lead multidisciplinary coordination using Revit and BIM throughout project execution. 
Support DfMA planning, modularisation, and off-site prefabrication activities. 
Coordinate specialist MEP systems and liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors. 
Participate in Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities and project handover. 
Review constructability, technical proposals, and value engineering initiatives. 
Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, applicable codes, and authority regulations. 
Monitor project progress and resolve technical and coordination issues in a timely manner. 
Work closely with the project team to achieve quality, safety, and project delivery objectives.
