Job Description:  
Lead modelling efforts for HVAC, fire protection and wet services systems 
Manage and coordinate detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit 
Detail HVAC, Fire, Wet services, drawings and coordinated layouts 
Mentor junior BIM modelers and provide technical guidance 
Extract quantities and assist in cost estimation when required 
Lay-out drawing of customer manufacturing area

 
Skills & Experience:  
5 - 8 years of experience in MEP BIM modelling 
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP disciplines) 
Experience in HVAC load calculation software. Carrier HAP (advantageous) 
Must be able to travel both nationally and internationally 
Navis work experience 
 
Qualification:  
Grade 12 or N3
