Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (Construction)

is responsible for leading the mechanical design process and managing the project team's overall operations within a construction company. You will lead the design and manage all mechanical aspects of construction projects from concept through to completion — while mentoring and coaching junior engineers.

• Lead mid-scale construction projects independently; assist lead engineer on larger projects
• Undertake strategic construction project planning: feasibility, impact assessment, budgeting, modelling
• Provide detailed mechanical, electrical, and ICT design work for building and infrastructure construction projects
• Lead and mentor junior engineers in a construction environment; guide their technical development and supervise work quality
• Supervise project costing, tender documentation, tendering process, contract award, and contract administration for construction works
