The Senior Master Scheduler oversees scheduling activities, balancing production and inventory levels with demand to support targets consistent with customer delivery levels, inventory turns, and goals, and capacity utilization/staffing requirements.

Essential Functions

• Report finished goods and component items based on capacity requirements (Rough Cut Capacity Planning).
• Communicate short and long-term customer production.
• Ensure timely output of product in response to customer orders; analyze, address, and communicate production issues in a timely manner; develop solutions and improve production performance.
• Calculate resulting requirements for raw materials, WIP, purchase parts, and packaging based on MRP methodology.
• Publish and perform root cause analysis in Actual vs. Scheduled Production, Downtime, and Company KPIs.
