Assess client needs and health conditions before treatment to adjust massage pressures and deployment techniques safely.
Educate clients on available therapy services and wellness practices tailored to their physical conditions.
Maintain clean, sanitized, and tidy treatment seating and massage bed areas following strict health and hygiene standards.
Build positive relationships and maintain excellent customer service satisfaction standards.
Job Requirements
Possess a recognized technical certification or diploma in massage therapy/reflexology (e.g., ITEC, CIBTAC, WSQ, or equivalent technical certificates).
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in deep tissue, body massage, or foot reflexology.
