This role provides senior strategic leadership and continuity for Marketing Operations across Sky Business during a period of maternity leave. The focus is on setting direction and shaping the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing capability is designed, governed and evolved to support long‑term business objectives. The role acts as a strategic partner to Marketing, Digital and Commercial teams, guiding future state capability across channels, platforms and customer journeys, and ensuring decisions are informed by architectural thinking, regulatory requirements and a clear understanding of how marketing effectiveness can be enhanced over time. With accountability for people leadership, roadmap direction and capability governance, the role ensures Marketing Operations remains a proactive, strategic function that enables consistency, insight and growth across the business.
