The Manufacturing Quality Engineer (MQA) is the systemic owner of fab quality performance — driving effective CAPA execution, eradicating root causes of yield loss and defect excursions, and sustaining Wafer Final Yield (WFY) through data‑driven, cross‑module engagement. The role is hands‑on technically, statistically rigorous, and operates as a horizontal influencer across module process, equipment, integration, product engineering, and customer quality teams.

• Drive systematic root‑cause elimination and effective CAPA closure for manufacturing quality issues impacting WFY, outgoing quality, and customer returns — owning the loop from problem definition through verified, sustained corrective action.
