**Job Description Summary**
The Site Finance Leader for GE Hermosillo is one of the most critical leadership roles on the site and a pivotal partner to the site leadership team as the operation enters a period of significant growth, complexity, and transformation. This is not a traditional finance role - it requires a high-caliber leader who can shape direction, drive rigor, and help build the financial and operating foundation needed to scale the business successfully and improve profitability through cost reduction over the next several years.
This leader will own the full financial performance of the site, with responsibility across FP&A, monthly closing, cost accounting & reporting, productivity, capital investments, financial reporting, and finance systems enhancements.
