As a Deputy Director, you will assist the Director to manage and oversee the department to ensure the provisions of the Building Strata Management Act (B(SM)A) which is regulated by BCA are complied.

This includes:

• Overseeing the team in administering the B(SM)A and managing feedback from stakeholders;
• Stakeholder engagement and outreach by leading discussions on B(SM)A related issue at dialogue session with stakeholders;
