Job Purpose: This role will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Retail & F&B along with the planning, execution, and management of the F&B ecosystem within the development. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, driving occupier experience, managing food-court /retail tenant relationships, and establishing the development as a leading workplace and lifestyle destination. Key Responsibilities: 1. IT Park Food court Technical Management Oversee end-to-end IT park operations including engineering, housekeeping, security, parking, landscaping, and common area management. Ensure smooth functioning of all building services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, elevators, escalators, DG, and STP.
