Identify, source, and onboard new partners (IMDs/Agents/POSP) through VRM model
Ensure activation of newly onboarded partners to ensure business generation
Re-engage and activate dormant/inactive partners to unlock business opportunities
Enable partners to improve customer density through structured training, capability building and outreach initiatives
Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs through sustained engagement via the VRM model
Lead and manage a team of virtual relationship managers to consistently deliver on business targets
Strengthening partner relationships through virtual and in person interactions , ensuring business alignment and continuous engagement
Education: Graduate /Postgraduate in any discipline
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in partner management, Agency Sales in GI
