Senior Manager, Transaction Tax Services – base location across Canada.

New role, supporting clients with transaction tax issues including due diligence, structuring, modeling, pre‑sale planning, and post‑closing matters.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Lead sell‑side and buy‑side tax due diligence engagements, identify, evaluate, and quantify potential tax liabilities and exposures.
• Work with partners and clients to mitigate tax exposures before sales and with legal counsel on purchase, sale, and ancillary agreements.
